Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partner:

Talent Acquisition:

  1. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Sourcing: Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  3. Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations of candidates.
  4. Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s employer brand and value proposition.
  5. Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  6. Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  7. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external recruitment partners and agencies.
  8. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner and/or Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Singapore.
