- Develop and implement strategies to improve vendor performance and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address vendor-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to vendors.
- Collaborate with vendors to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
