Education:

• Secondary // Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Related Field

Experience

• 1-2 Years of Experience in Related Field

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire contracting process, from initial request to contract execution
• Review and analyze contract terms and conditions, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to achieve favorable terms
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts and procurement activities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Contracting Officer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation techniques, and procurement processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
