Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient service.
- Train and mentor staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, ambiance, and proper setup.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Education and Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
