Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed corporate sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify and prospect potential corporate clients, utilizing various channels such as industry networks, referrals, cold calling, and research.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, providing personalized service and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to corporate clients, showcasing the hotel’s unique offerings and value proposition.
- Negotiate and finalize corporate contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are in line with company policies and profitability objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities targeting the corporate market segment.
- Coordinate and conduct site inspections, client entertainment events, and familiarization trips to showcase the hotel’s facilities and services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
- Regularly analyze sales data and generate reports on performance, market share, and revenue forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and corporate networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Revenue Management and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of corporate group bookings and events.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging corporate clients, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Coach and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to optimize their performance and achieve sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably in the luxury hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong network and established relationships with corporate clients, particularly within the Dubai market.
- Excellent knowledge of corporate sales techniques, negotiation skills, and contract management.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the hotel’s value proposition effectively.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market data to drive sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM systems and other relevant sales tools.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and inspire the sales team.
