Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Tasks: Carry out various production tasks, such as assembly, machine operation, packing, labeling, or quality control inspections, as assigned. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent and accurate outputs.
2. Equipment Operation: Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Monitor machine performance, identify any malfunctions or defects, and report issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
3. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process. Conduct visual inspections, perform measurements, and ensure adherence to product specifications and quality control standards.
4. Workstation Organization: Keep workstations clean, organized, and free from hazards. Properly store tools, equipment, and materials to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
5. Production Documentation: Complete production logs, batch records, or other necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Record production quantities, defects, and any other relevant information for reporting and analysis purposes.
6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other production team members, supervisors, and support staff to ensure smooth production operations. Communicate effectively to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the production process.
7. Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with operating production machinery and equipment is a plus.
