Job Summary:

We have an urgent requirement for TeleSales Executives to join our dynamic sales team in Dubai. As a TeleSales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services over the phone, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. This position offers a work visa for qualified foreign candidates, enabling you to legally work and excel in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, database management, and other lead generation methods.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
4. Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of prospects.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
8. Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and information.
9. Follow-Up: Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales.
10. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be advantageous.
2. Experience: Proven experience as a TeleSales Executive or in a similar sales role is preferred.
3. Work Visa: Work visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified foreign candidates, allowing them to legally work in Dubai.
4. Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English are essential. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
5. Sales Skills: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
