• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication channels with team members, residents, families, and other stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and service delivery.

Education and Qualification:

• Previous experience in a leadership or team management role in a healthcare or care home setting.
