• Ensure the quality and presentation of pastry items meet high standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate overall menu offerings
• Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen

Education and Qualification:

• Culinary or pastry arts degree is preferred
• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role

• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
