Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is well-presented and products are displayed attractively.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock control procedures to optimize product availability and minimize stock loss.
- Monitor and control store expenses within budgeted limits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Create and maintain a positive working environment, fostering teamwork, and promoting a customer-focused culture among the store team.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and issues effectively, providing timely resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to customers.
- Sound commercial awareness and the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good knowledge of visual merchandising principles and experience in maintaining high store standards.
- Proficient computer skills, including working with retail management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required by the business.
