Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
3. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
4. Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is well-presented and products are displayed attractively.
5. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock control procedures to optimize product availability and minimize stock loss.
6. Monitor and control store expenses within budgeted limits.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
8. Create and maintain a positive working environment, fostering teamwork, and promoting a customer-focused culture among the store team.
9. Handle customer queries, complaints, and issues effectively, providing timely resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
4. Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to customers.
5. Sound commercial awareness and the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Good knowledge of visual merchandising principles and experience in maintaining high store standards.
8. Proficient computer skills, including working with retail management systems and Microsoft Office.
9. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required by the business.
