Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and host/hostesses.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the dining areas, including seating arrangements and service flow.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Assist in the training and development of food and beverage staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of the dining areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staffing as required.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and hygiene practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
