3. Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.
4. Community Resources: Connect students and families with external resources and services to address their social needs.
5. Advocacy: Advocate for the rights and well-being of students and families within the school and the broader community.
6. Educational Programs: Develop and implement educational programs on topics such as bullying prevention, conflict resolution, and social skills.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential records of social work interventions and services provided.

Education and Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
2. Social Work licensure or certification.
