2. Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, providing a welcoming and safe environment.
3. Conflict Resolution: Effectively manage crowd behavior and resolve conflicts or incidents calmly and professionally.
4. Searches: Conduct thorough searches to prevent unauthorized items from entering the premises.
5. Incident Response: Respond swiftly and appropriately to security incidents and emergencies.
6. Report Writing: Document all incidents, actions, and observations accurately in detailed reports.
7. Crowd Management: Assist in managing crowds during events, ensuring a smooth and orderly flow.
8. Communication: Maintain clear communication with team members, clients, and event organizers.

Requirements:

1. SIA License: Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor license.
2. Door Supervisor Experience: Proven experience as a Door Supervisor in venues or events.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with the public and team members effectively.
4. Conflict Resolution: Strong conflict resolution skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
5. Physical Fitness: Capable of standing and working for extended periods during events.
6. Legal Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
7. Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on event schedules.
