• Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support to achieve project goals and milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
• Previous experience in program management, leading complex projects or initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
