2. Adapted Curriculum: Modify and adapt the curriculum to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
3. Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor students’ progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
4. Collaboration: Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to create a supportive learning environment for students with SEN.
5. IEP Implementation: Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and work towards achieving educational goals outlined in the plans.
6. Inclusive Practices: Promote inclusive practices and ensure that students with SEN are included in various school activities.
7. Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest developments in special education and participate in professional development opportunities.

Education and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
2. Teaching certification or qualification in special education.
