2. Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the store.
3. Loss Prevention: Prevent theft and shoplifting by implementing security measures and monitoring CCTV systems.
4. Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, offering guidance and support as needed.
5. Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies within the store.
6. Report Writing: Record all incidents and actions accurately in detailed reports.
7. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations to promote a secure shopping experience.
8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with store staff and management to address security concerns and improve overall safety.

Requirements:

1. Security Experience: Prior experience in security or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
2. SIA License: Possession of a valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license is advantageous.
3. Communication Skills: Good communication skills to interact with customers and store personnel professionally.
4. Vigilance: Demonstrated vigilance to identify and prevent potential security risks.
5. Physical Fitness: Capable of standing and walking for extended periods during shifts.
6. Legal Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
7. Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per store requirements.
