Education:
- High School/ Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Related Field
Experience:
- 1/2 Years Experience in Related Field
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of welding activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Perform visual and non-destructive testing (NDT) of welds to verify quality and integrity.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of welding activities.
- Identify and report any welding defects or non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project teams to address quality issues and implement improvement measures.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality assurance procedures.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or equivalent certification is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QC Inspector in welding inspection.
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, procedures, and techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards such as AWS, ASME, and API.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
