Education:

High School/ Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Related Field

Experience:

1/2 Years Experience in Related Field

Responsibilities:

Develop project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts based on project scope and requirements.
Monitor and track project costs throughout the project lifecycle, including expenditures, commitments, and forecasts.
Analyze cost variances and identify potential cost-saving opportunities or risks.
Prepare regular cost reports and updates for project management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with project teams to identify and implement cost control measures.
Review and validate contractor invoices and change orders for accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
Ensure adherence to cost management procedures and policies.

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project cost engineering or related role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of cost estimating techniques, budgeting, and cost control principles.
Proficiency in cost management software and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
