Job Overview

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings to identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.

Candidate Sourcing and Placement

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application to placement.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client demands.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Market Analysis

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure all client and candidate interactions are documented accurately and in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client communications, and candidate placements.
  • Adhere to industry regulations and best practices in recruitment and sales.

Visa and Relocation Support

  • Assist international hires with visa applications, ensuring compliance with UK immigration requirements.
  • Coordinate relocation logistics, including temporary housing and cultural orientation.
  • Provide ongoing support to help new employees integrate into the team and community.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in sales, recruitment, or a related role, preferably in the UK or international market.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry and sales best practices is a plus.
