Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to sell Marriott Vacation Club’s vacation ownership programs to potential customers. Your daily tasks will include:
- Sales & Customer Engagement:
✔ Identifying and approaching potential clients interested in luxury vacation ownership
✔ Conducting presentations and sales pitches to showcase Marriott’s vacation ownership benefits
✔ Building strong relationships with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences
✔ Handling objections and closing high-value sales deals - Lead Generation & Business Development:
✔ Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and inbound leads
✔ Attending sales events, expos, and networking meetings to expand client base
✔ Managing a database of potential clients and following up with leads - Product Knowledge & Consultation:
✔ Developing an in-depth understanding of Marriott Vacation Club’s offerings
✔ Explaining the benefits, features, and investment potential of vacation ownership programs
✔ Educating clients on financing options, contracts, and membership privileges - Sales Target Achievement & Reporting:
✔ Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
✔ Keeping track of sales performance and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
✔ Working closely with the sales manager and team to develop new sales strategies
Job Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Basic Qualifications:
✔ Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, real estate, or a related field
✔ Proven ability to close sales deals and exceed targets
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Experience in luxury hospitality, vacation ownership, or real estate sales is a plus
✔ High level of customer service orientation and professionalism
Work Eligibility & Visa Sponsorship:
✔ Must be eligible to work in Dubai (or willing to apply for a work permit with employer sponsorship)
✔ Foreign applicants must meet UAE’s work visa requirements, including health and background checks
