Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries, reservations, and bookings through various channels, including in-person, phone, and online.
• Provide personalized recommendations and advice to customers based on their travel needs and preferences.
• Process ticket sales, upgrades, changes, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Promote and upsell additional services, such as travel insurance, lounge access, and seat upgrades.
• Stay informed about current promotions, fares, and airline policies to effectively communicate with customers.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software is an advantage.
