Role and Responsibilities:

• Service Excellence: Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to provide impeccable guest service.
• Team Management: Supervise and guide service staff, ensuring smooth operations and cooperation.
• Order Coordination: Oversee order-taking, ensuring accuracy and timely communication to the kitchen.
• Guest Satisfaction: Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food presentation, service, and overall guest experience.
• Training: Train and onboard new team members, fostering a cohesive and knowledgeable team.
• Inventory Oversight: Assist in managing inventory levels of supplies and materials.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
