Role and Responsibilities:

  • Service Excellence: Ensure seamless front-of-house operations, providing guests with an outstanding dining experience.
  • Team Leadership: Assist the Outlet Supervisor in managing and leading a team of service staff.
  • Order Accuracy: Oversee order-taking and ensure accurate communication of guest preferences to the kitchen.
  • Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food presentation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Training: Assist in training new staff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer interaction.
  • Inventory Management: Support inventory control by managing stock levels of supplies and materials.
  • Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Problem-solving skills to address guest and operational challenges.
