• Handle luggage and ensure its secure transfer to guest rooms.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of hotel services and amenities.
• Offer personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance guest experiences.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Concierge or in a guest-focused role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
