Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Retail Management Experience: Previous experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar managerial role within the retail industry is essential.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Customer Focus: A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and meeting customer needs.
- Sales and Business Acumen: Sound understanding of sales strategies and business principles to drive store performance.
