  5. Staff Development: Identify training needs and provide coaching to enhance the skills and capabilities of the store team.
  6. Operational Efficiency: Optimize store operations, ensuring smooth processes for stock replenishment, cash handling, and other essential functions.
  7. Health and Safety: Comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean store environment for customers and colleagues.
  8. Performance Analysis: Analyze store performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to achieve goals.

Requirements:

  1. Retail Management Experience: Previous experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar managerial role within the retail industry is essential.
  2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  3. Customer Focus: A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and meeting customer needs.
  4. Sales and Business Acumen: Sound understanding of sales strategies and business principles to drive store performance.
