Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring a tidy and welcoming space.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with excellent customer service.
• Assist clients with meeting room bookings and administrative support.
• Collaborate with the community team to organize events and activities.
• Contribute to creating a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere.

Education and Qualification:

• High School diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle inquiries with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with office management and administrative tasks.
