Job Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Agent, you’ll play a key role in managing client portfolios, building relationships, and closing high-value property deals across Dubai. You will be working under a structured commission system with mentorship and full administrative support.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Sales & Leasing:
- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants for off-plan and ready properties
- Conduct property viewings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and handle price discussions professionally
- Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and meetings
- Provide property and market insights to assist with client decision-making
Client Management:
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads through cold calling, referrals, and CRM tools
- Build lasting relationships with clients from different cultures and backgrounds
- Offer end-to-end guidance for foreign clients purchasing property in Dubai
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business
Market Analysis & Listings:
- Stay up-to-date with RERA regulations, developer projects, and local trends
- Assist with listing properties on portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, and houza
- Create compelling property descriptions and social media content
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who are proactive, persistent, and ready to hustle. If you’re passionate about real estate, ambitious to grow your income, and love meeting new people—this role is for you.
✅ Mandatory Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher education
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Valid passport with 6+ months before expiration
- Strong sales or customer service background
- Willingness to relocate and live in Dubai
- Presentable appearance with strong interpersonal skills
✅ Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a real estate agent, broker, or property consultant
- Familiarity with Dubai real estate laws and procedures
- Knowledge of Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Hindi, or French (an advantage)
- RERA certification (can be completed after joining)
Salary & Benefits
