Job Overview
We are currently seeking motivated and hard-working individuals to join our team as Railway Construction Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the construction and maintenance of railway tracks and related infrastructure. This includes laying tracks, installing sleepers and ballast, and performing other construction activities as required.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the construction and maintenance of railway tracks and related infrastructure.
- Operate hand and power tools, machinery, and other equipment as required.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to site-specific safety plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy objects, working at heights, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) is required.
- Rail Industry Worker (RIW) card is an advantage.
