Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Truck Drivers to join our team at Ausprime Pty Ltd. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various destinations across Australia. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely delivery of goods and maintaining our reputation as a reliable logistics provider.
Responsibilities
- Operate trucks safely and efficiently to transport goods to various destinations.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good condition and ready for the journey.
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
- Load and unload goods as required.
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, etc.) as well as with company policies and procedures.
- Complete logs and reports as required.
- Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle.
- Communicate with dispatchers and other team members as required.
Requirements
- Valid Heavy Combination (HC) or Multi-Combination (MC) driver’s license.
- Good driving record with no traffic violations.
- Ability to drive long distances and travel overnight as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
