Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all safety procedures and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to passengers, including assisting with boarding, meal service, and in-flight entertainment.
Respond to passenger inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the aircraft cabin throughout the flight.
Collaborate with other Cabin Crew members and flight crew to coordinate in-flight operations.
Attend pre-flight briefings and participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Education and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to different situations.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
