Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects, including expansion, maintenance, and optimization of dairy processing facilities.
  2. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within dairy production.
  3. Equipment Selection: Evaluate, select, and recommend the purchase of new equipment and technologies to enhance processing capabilities.
  4. Compliance: Ensure that all engineering projects adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
  5. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and guidance to the production team to troubleshoot and resolve processing issues.
  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and manuals.
  7. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
  8. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors, to achieve project goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
  • Professional engineering certification (CPEng or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in project delivery.
  • Knowledge of dairy processing equipment and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
