• 1-2 Years of Experience On Related Field 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to IT support requests from employees regarding hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Provide training and technical guidance to users as needed.
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures and systems.
• Assist with the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
