3. Egg Collection: Coordinate and oversee egg collection procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
4. Facility Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of poultry barns and equipment.
5. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of poultry production, health, and other relevant data.
6. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment for all employees.
