Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as an Outlet Manager may include:

Managing the day-to-day operations of the bakery outlet, including opening and closing procedures.
Leading and supervising a team of bakery staff, including bakers, baristas, and sales associates.
Setting performance expectations and providing training and development opportunities to staff.
Ensuring high levels of customer service by maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Overseeing inventory management, including ordering bakery products, ingredients, and supplies.
Monitoring and managing the quality and freshness of bakery products.

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
Adhering to employment and labor laws and regulations.

Education and Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business management, hospitality, or a related field.
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry, particularly in bakery or cafe management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of bakery products and production processes is a plus.
Familiarity with work visa and employment regulations for foreign Outlet Managers in Singapore (if applicable).
