Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as an Outlet Manager may include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the bakery outlet, including opening and closing procedures.
- Leading and supervising a team of bakery staff, including bakers, baristas, and sales associates.
- Setting performance expectations and providing training and development opportunities to staff.
- Ensuring high levels of customer service by maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Overseeing inventory management, including ordering bakery products, ingredients, and supplies.

Education and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry, particularly in bakery or cafe management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of bakery products and production processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with work visa and employment regulations for foreign Outlet Managers in Singapore (if applicable).
