Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations to assess visual acuity and detect any abnormalities or conditions.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to evaluate eye health and determine prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses.
• Assist customers in selecting frames or contact lenses that fit their prescription and personal style preferences.
• Educate customers on proper eyewear usage, maintenance, and care practices.
• Maintain accurate records of patient consultations, prescriptions, and orders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide a seamless customer experience and ensure satisfaction.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or a related field.
• Valid license to practice as an Optometrist in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in conducting eye examinations and using diagnostic equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service experience in a retail or clinical setting is preferred.
