- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and records.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock and manage stock replenishment processes.
- Update inventory records and maintain accuracy in the inventory management system.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and reduce excess inventory.
- Implement best practices for stock handling, storage, and organization to maximize space utilization and minimize damage.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and merchandising, to ensure alignment on stock availability and promotions.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management or stock control, preferably in the retail industry.
