We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nanny to join a loving family in London. As a Nanny, you will provide personalized care and support to the family’s children, ensuring their well-being, safety, and development. Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for the children.
- Provide attentive and responsible childcare, meeting the children’s daily needs.
- Follow the family’s routine and guidelines to maintain consistency and stability.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including educational games, creative play, and outdoor exploration.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition.
- Coordinate and accompany children to school, appointments, and extracurricular activities.
- Support children with homework, educational tasks, and projects.
- Foster positive behavior and implement discipline techniques as per the family’s guidelines.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents, keeping them informed about their children’s activities, progress, and any concerns.
- Organize and maintain children’s bedrooms, play areas, and belongings.
- Ensure children’s safety at all times, both inside and outside the home.
- Collaborate with other household staff as required to ensure a harmonious and well-run household.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Nanny or in a similar childcare role.
- Genuine passion for working with children and a caring nature.
- Excellent understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- Ability to create a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes children’s growth and development.
- Knowledge of child health and safety guidelines, including first aid and CPR certification (desirable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children and parents.
- Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy nature.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and occasional weekends.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
