Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nanny to join a loving family in London. As a Nanny, you will provide personalized care and support to the family’s children, ensuring their well-being, safety, and development. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a warm and nurturing household.

Responsibilities:

1. Create a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for the children.
2. Provide attentive and responsible childcare, meeting the children’s daily needs.
3. Follow the family’s routine and guidelines to maintain consistency and stability.
4. Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including educational games, creative play, and outdoor exploration.
5. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition.
6. Coordinate and accompany children to school, appointments, and extracurricular activities.
7. Support children with homework, educational tasks, and projects.
8. Foster positive behavior and implement discipline techniques as per the family’s guidelines.
9. Maintain open and effective communication with parents, keeping them informed about their children’s activities, progress, and any concerns.
10. Organize and maintain children’s bedrooms, play areas, and belongings.
11. Ensure children’s safety at all times, both inside and outside the home.
12. Collaborate with other household staff as required to ensure a harmonious and well-run household.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Nanny or in a similar childcare role.
2. Genuine passion for working with children and a caring nature.
3. Excellent understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
4. Ability to create a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes children’s growth and development.
5. Knowledge of child health and safety guidelines, including first aid and CPR certification (desirable).
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children and parents.
7. Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy nature.
8. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and occasional weekends.
9. Fluent spoken and written English.
10. Legal eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
