Office & Site Locations
Most roles are based in or around Rusayl Industrial Estate, Muscat, with some requiring travel to branch depots in:
- Sohar
- Salalah
- Nizwa
- Sur
- Duqm
Remote administrative or logistics roles may be available depending on your experience.
Easy Entry-Level & Skilled Job Titles Open Now
We are hiring for a wide range of roles across different departments. Here are 10 beginner-friendly and skilled positions available immediately:
Working Hours
- Standard Plant Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Night Shift (Rotational for some roles): 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Admin Roles: Sunday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Fridays off, with occasional Saturday duties depending on department needs.
Salary & Benefits
Muscat Gases offers competitive salaries aligned with Omani labor standards and international benchmarks. Compensation depends on your role, experience, and performance.
Basic Salary Range:
- Entry-Level: OMR 250 – 350/month
- Skilled Roles: OMR 350 – 600/month
- Supervisory Roles: OMR 600 – 850/month

Who Can Apply?

Minimum Requirements for Most Roles:
- Ability to speak and understand basic English (Arabic is a plus)
- Willingness to work shifts (for plant roles)
- Good physical health (for warehouse and delivery positions)
- High school certificate or vocational training
- Experience in similar jobs (preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level roles)
- Valid passport with minimum 1-year validity (for expatriates)
Visa Sponsorship & Relocation Support
Muscat Gases is licensed to sponsor work visas for expatriates. Our HR team will assist successful foreign applicants with:
- Work permit processing
- Medical tests & insurance
- Ticket booking & onboarding travel
- Housing arrangements
- Orientation and language support (if needed)
Visa processing generally takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on country of origin and role type.
