Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for mechanical engineering concepts and practices, including equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare instructional materials, presentations, and hands-on activities to facilitate learning and engage participants effectively.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and simulations to reinforce theoretical concepts and enhance practical skills.
• Assess participant performance through written exams, practical assessments, and evaluations to measure learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure training materials and methods remain current and relevant.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions as required.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Teaching or training certification is preferred.
