Education

• High School / Bachelors Degree / Diploma 

Experience

• 1-2 Years of Experience On Related Field

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the bar staff
• Create and implement innovative and enticing drink menus
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Train and mentor bartenders on service standards and drink preparation
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide an excellent bar experience

Education and Qualification:

• Previous experience as a Head Bartender or in a similar supervisory role
• Extensive knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Certification in bartending or a related field is a plus
