Education

• High School / Bachelors Degree / Diploma 

Experience:

1-2 Years of Experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily audits of financial transactions and records.
• Verify and reconcile guest accounts and charges.
• Ensure accuracy in room rates, discounts, and billing information.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to resolve issues.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Day Auditor or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and financial software.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
