Education

• General/High School / Bachelors Degree / Diploma 

Experience

1-2 Years of Experience On Related Field

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the setup, operation, and maintenance of audio-visual equipment for events and meetings.
• Provide technical support and assistance to clients and event organizers.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to meet event requirements.
• Train and mentor audio-visual staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure functionality and safety.
• Assist in developing and implementing audio-visual standards and procedures.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in audio-visual technology or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in audio-visual operations, preferably in a hospitality or event management setting.
• Strong technical knowledge of audio-visual equipment and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
