Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
