- Support recruitment and selection processes, including candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives aimed at enhancing skills and competencies.
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing HR metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is advantageous.
