• Process reservations and manage guest accounts.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using hotel management software.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
