Key Responsibilities:

- Assist visitors with directions, information, and general inquiries.
- Conduct regular checks of entry and exit points to prevent theft and unauthorized access.
- Handle security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies following established protocols.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Report any security breaches, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities.
- Uphold a strong presence to deter potential threats and maintain order.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and tenants.
- Adhere to security policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience as a security guard is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Vigilance and the ability to stay alert during shifts.

- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
