Experience :

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and implement reporting frameworks, standards, and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting across projects and departments.
Coordinate with project teams to collect, analyze, and consolidate data for reporting purposes, ensuring alignment with project objectives and requirements.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders, including project status reports, financial reports, and performance dashboards.
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement based on analysis of reporting data, and provide recommendations for action.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and define reporting metrics and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in reporting processes and practices.
Lead and mentor reporting team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or project management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of reporting principles, methodologies, and tools, with experience in developing and delivering reports for diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Ability to obtain necessary security clearances and certifications as required.
