Education

Experience:

1-2 Years of Experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide cost consultancy services for construction projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
• Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors.
• Provide expert advice on cost management strategies.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cost Consultant in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and procurement methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
