Education

1-2 Years of Experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the commercial team for construction projects.
• Oversee contract negotiations, reviews, and evaluations.
• Provide strategic advice on commercial and contractual matters.
• Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to commercial strategies.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
