• The applicant would be expected to do routine maintenance and other grounds-keeping duties.
• A weed trimmer/edger, a sprayer or duster, a sod cutter, small engine equipment, a chain saw, a backhoe, a front end loader, and a tractor mower are among the tools that the candidate must be extremely proficient with.
• The applicant would be in charge of keeping an eye on safety tools and systems.
• The applicant must be able to endure pests and thorns while working for extended periods of time outside.
