Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook a variety of delicious pizzas, pasta, and other menu items according to PizzaExpress recipes and standards.
2. Ensure all ingredients are prepared and stored correctly, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
3. Follow cooking procedures and timings to deliver consistent food quality and taste.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations, working together to meet customer demands.
5. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
6. Assist in stock management, including receiving deliveries, checking inventory, and rotating stock appropriately.
7. Uphold excellent food presentation standards, ensuring dishes are visually appealing and well-portioned.
8. Respond to customer special requests or dietary requirements, preparing customized meals as needed.
9. Assist in the washing and cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils.
10. Support the kitchen team with any additional tasks or duties as required.

Requirements:
